Most people reach us by phone, and that’s on purpose — a two-minute call gets you a real number faster than filling out a form and waiting for a callback. If you’d rather email or use the form below, we still typically respond the same day.
What to have ready when you call
You don’t need all of it, but the more we know, the firmer the offer.
- Year, make and model
- Roughly how many kilometres are on it
- Where it’s parked: the city, and whether it’s in a driveway, on the street, in a parkade or in a field
- Whether it rolls and steers
- What’s wrong with it, if it doesn’t run
- Photos, if you can send them. They help.
For the pickup itself, have your government photo ID plus proof of ownership ready: registration, bill of sale, or insurance papers. Missing something? Call us first and we’ll tell you what works.
What happens after you call
STEP 1
Call or send us the details
Tell us the year, make and model, what’s wrong with the car, and where it’s parked. Photos help. We give you an offer over the phone.
STEP 2
We tow it for free
We come to the car, whether it’s in a driveway, on the street, in a parkade or out in a field. Towing is free. The driver checks the car against the photos and details you gave us. If it matches, you get the price we agreed on the phone.
STEP 3
Paid on pickup, paperwork handled
You’re paid on pickup, by cash or e-transfer, before the car leaves. We handle the ICBC transfer paperwork on the spot, so there’s no second trip for you.
We’ll schedule a pickup time that works for you, and confirm the final offer by phone before the truck arrives. Same-day pickup is often possible from Vancouver out to Chilliwack, depending on when you call. Towing is free everywhere we serve. For the cities furthest out, distance can be reflected in the offer, and we tell you that upfront.

Do I need an appointment?
No. Pickups are booked over a single phone call. Same-day pickup is often possible from Vancouver out to Chilliwack, depending on when you call.
What if I’m not sure my car is worth scrapping?
Call anyway. We’ll give you a number, and you can decide from there — there’s no obligation.
Can someone else be there for the pickup instead of me?
If someone else will be handing over the car for you, call us first so we can go over what is needed.
How do I get paid?
On pickup, by cash or e-transfer, before the car leaves.
